Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains what information Only Heaters ("we", "us") collects when you use onlyheaters.com and how we use it.

Information You Give Us

• HVAC quote requests: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, approximate home size, and any notes you include.
• Checklist and newsletter signups: your email address, and the page you signed up from.
• Messages to us: whatever you include in an email to contact@onlyheaters.com.

How We Use and Share It

• Quote requests are shared with one or more HVAC contractors who may be able to help you, so they can contact you by phone, text, or email about your project. We may receive a referral fee from them. Those contractors are responsible for how they use your information once they have it.
• Newsletter emails are used only to deliver the Winter Heating Checklist and send you occasional tips and deals from Only Heaters. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

Service Providers

• Formspree processes form submissions on our behalf (quote requests and newsletter signups).
• Cloudflare hosts the site and may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure it.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate visit statistics — such as page views, referring sites, browser type, and country. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not track you across other websites, and is not used to identify you.
• zippopotam.us receives the ZIP code you type into our search box so it can be converted into a location.

Amazon and Other Third-Party Sites

When you click an Amazon link, you leave our site. Amazon sets its own cookies to track referrals and is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control third-party sites.

Cookies

We do not set cookies, and our visitor statistics are collected without cookies. Third parties described above, such as Amazon, may set their own cookies when you click their links or submit a form.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@onlyheaters.com. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests. To stop contractors from contacting you, tell them directly and let us know so we can pass on the request.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
